One-Day Programme

This fast-paced, one-day, highly experiential workshop introduces new, emerging, and aspiring leaders to their leadership journey.

The Everyday Leadership workshop is designed specifically to provide an introduction to leadership skills that will help participants build credibility, engage team members, and encourage confidence as they step up to lead when necessary.

We cover 3 key topics

Communication

Understanding the different ways we communicate.
Identify your own style and the style of others.
Explore why effective communication is critical in any situation and be able to reflect on and adapt your own style to increase your ability to communicate effectively.

ROLE OF THE LEADER

Defining leadership and its importance.
Understanding the qualities of an effective leader.
Learning how to lead or influence others as you work alongside your team members.

Teamwork

Understanding the difference between working with a group and working in a team.
Identifying characteristics of an effective team and learning how to get everyone working towards a common goal.

This one-day programme is from 9.00am - 4.00pm and can be delivered both in-house or open programmes.

Come along prepared to have fun, participate with others who are also developing their leadership skills, and improve your confidence as an informal leader.
