Icing Online - Foundation Leadership Programme, is a blended learning programme designed to suit the needs of our disbursed client base. We have taken the best of our face-to-face Foundation Leadership Programme and then used technology to enable us to have flexibility and creativity to build stronger more competent leaders.

It's a combination of live webinars, online learning and activities and coaching support.

 

We have tried to capture the magic that comes from being together – the interactive and fun learning and put it into a system that allows us to remotely deliver a high-end programme called Icing Online.
