Can You Be Curious This Week?

I had a heart-warming experience recently that left me feeling both relieved and slightly sad.
I was working with a group of people from different organisations who had created a genuine connection in a very short time.
The reason? They simply sat around a table and ate lunch together.
No phones. No distractions. Just conversations, laughter, and curiosity about each other.
It reminded me that one of the superpowers of leadership is the ability to create connection — to hold a conversation with confidence, listen with intent, and be genuinely interested in people.
Because when people feel seen and valued, trust grows.
So this week, ask yourself:
Can I be more curious?
Who could I have a better conversation with?
What could I do differently to strengthen the connections within my team?
Sometimes the smallest moments create the biggest impact.
