When it comes to developing people, there’s a simple rule of thumb:

SUZANNE WILSON - B.Ed, DipTchg
Founder and Lead Facilitator
As the founder and lead facilitator of Icing Training, I’ve spent more than 20 years helping people grow their competence, confidence, and connection at work.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of people across all levels of organisations in New Zealand and Australia. From emerging leaders to senior executives, my focus is always the same - helping people unlock their potential, strengthen their leadership, and build the confidence to lead with purpose and authenticity.
Clients often describe me as their training arm - a trusted partner who truly gets their business and their people. I’m passionate about creating engaging, practical, and down-to-earth learning experiences that deliver real results.
When I’m not facilitating around the country, you’ll find me running, cycling, walking the dog, or spending time with family and friends. I also love celebrating life’s special moments as a Marriage Celebrant - a role that fits perfectly with my belief in being genuinely interested in people (and yes, I enjoy a glass of bubbly at the end!).

Belinda is the heart of Icing Training’s operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so Suzanne can focus on delivering fun, engaging, and impactful training programmes.
She is committed to providing exceptional service to clients, participants, and suppliers alike, making every interaction seamless and efficient.
Belinda’s quiet superpower? Solving almost any problem with ease - never appearing frazzled, no matter the challenge.
When she’s not keeping the business humming, Belinda enjoys reading, gardening, painting, and connecting with family and friends over a good Chardonnay.
