Icing Online - Foundation Leadership Programme is a blended learning programme designed to suit the needs of our dispersed client base. We have taken the best of our face-to-face Foundation Leadership Programme and used technology to enable flexibility and creativity in building stronger, more competent leaders.
It's a combination of live webinars, online learning/activities, and coaching support.
We have tried to capture the magic that comes from being together – the interactive and fun learning, and put it into a system that allows us to deliver a high-end programme called Icing Online remotely.
